style="font-family:宋体">“围绕浙江本土音乐的作品创作，我院音乐表演专业在今后教学中应如何进一步加深与传统音乐文化的联系，采用哪些更好的方法将传统音乐文化更生动全面地融入课堂教学并被学生接收和喜爱？”</span><span style="font-family:宋体">“将本土音乐文化引入高等音乐教育，如何处理好尊重以西方音乐教育体系为主导的音乐学科教学规律与传承发扬本土音乐的关系？”……</span><span style="font-family:宋体">这一系列以“浙江本土音乐”为关键词的议题，在刚刚举行的一次不同寻常的音乐专题研讨会上，被省内外文艺界、教育界诸多领导、专家和教授热烈评说，有文化界领导由衷赞叹：浙江艺术职业学院音乐系将“浙江本土音乐创作”这面大旗举起来了。</span></p> <p style="line-height:25px;text-indent:28px"><span style="font-family:宋体">11</span><span style="font-family:宋体">月23日上午，由浙江艺术职业学院音乐系主办的“弘扬浙江民族民间音乐—浙江本土音乐作品创作研讨会”在浙艺院举行。浙江省委宣传部副巡视员何启明、浙江省文化厅副巡视员尤炳秋、浙江艺术职业学院党委书记林国荣和浙江省音乐家协会、浙江省文化馆、浙江小百花越剧团、浙江歌舞剧院、浙江交响乐团、上海音乐学院、西安音乐学院、浙江大学等单位的领导、专家、教授和全省各地音乐词曲作者近60人应邀出席研讨会。</span></p> <p style="line-height:25px;text-indent:28px"><span style="font-family:宋体">开幕式上，浙江艺术职业学院党委副书记、副院长朱海闵致欢迎词，阐述举办此次专题研讨会的目的和意义。何启明、尤炳秋发表讲话，对浙艺院音乐系组织举办本次研讨会给予高度评价。何启明在讲话中表示，党的十八届三中全会提出全面深化改革，包括了文化事业改革，文化强国、文化强省的目标和理念如何变为现实，需要有更多好的成绩和作品来体现，让我们在富起来之后再强起来，在富起来之后再高尚起来。他对艺术家们提出要求，要追求真理，追求真情实感，音乐创作要表现现代人的丰富情感，满足现代多元社会中人们的多元需求，创作出更多真情实感的艺术作品，希望此次研讨会对本土音乐创作有更大的推动力。尤炳秋在讲话中表示，很高兴看到浙江艺术职业学院音乐系把“浙江本土音乐创作”这面大旗举起来，认为这是音乐系抓的一个很重要的课题。他回忆浙江挖掘本省历史资源，抓有浙江特色的本土音乐作品创作，创作出歌曲《晒鱼鲞》、音乐剧《五姑娘》等一大批优秀本土音乐作品，屡屡获得全国“五个一工程奖”、全国“群星奖”、全国文华大奖等荣誉的发展历史，希望通过研讨充分挖掘浙江本土音乐资源，与现代创作理念相结合，创作出更多优秀音乐作品。</span></p> <p style="line-height:25px;text-indent:28px"><span style="font-family:宋体">浙艺院音乐系主任郭义江教授主持研讨会。他在发言中表示，浙江民间音乐是具有鲜明特色的地域音乐，如江南丝竹、嘉善田歌、舟山号子、嵊州吹打等,至今还在城市、乡镇以及山村和海边盛传,这些本土音乐既是文化馆、歌舞团长期关注的内容，也是艺术院校在教学、科研和创作中应该融入的重要内容。他表示，浙艺院音乐系音乐表演专业是省级重点专业、省级示范性院校重点建设专业和省级优势专业，在未来三年建设规划中,将以“民族乐团”、“音乐表演合唱团”为载体,结合“乐团制”教学模式改革的深化,将浙江民间传统音乐引入课堂,使音乐专业学生在接受传统音乐教育的同时，全面了解本土音乐文化，使培养的人才在知识内容和结构方面更趋合理科学。为此，要向省内优秀创作专家团队学习和借力,充分挖掘浙江本土传统民间音乐资源,培育优秀创作团队、加强教学实践环节的投入，以期达到“积累一批教材，推出一批新作品，培养教、学、演相长的专业表演人才”的目标。</span></p> <p style="line-height:25px;text-indent:28px"><span style="font-family:宋体">浙江省音乐家协会主席翁持更、副主席张蔚鸫，浙江省文化馆馆长刁玉泉，上海音乐学院教授朱晓谷，西安音乐学院教授周煜国，浙江艺术职业学院教授卢竹音，浙江小百花越剧团常务副团长刘建宽，浙江大学教授张重辉等音乐界专家先后作主题发言。专家们表示，此次研讨会是我省举办的一次融专业音乐、群文音乐和音乐教育于一体的规模最大的音乐研讨会，对于关注和弘扬浙江本土民族民间音乐创作有着积极的促进作用。与会者分析浙江音乐的优势，认为有很大的平台，有很好的氛围，有形成规模的创作队伍，有注重专业培训和学习交流的传统。同时也分析不足，如中青年作者队伍不够完善，群文音乐创作面临断层，节目呈现面临困惑，在青歌赛等重大赛事中成绩不理想等。提出破解困惑的思路，如注重本土音乐创作与时代的融合，注重创作观念的转变和题材的选择，主动适应社会发展的要求；提倡音乐作品的独特性、鲜活性，宁可有缺点，不可无特点。就本土音乐的个性与共性问题，专家们提出，本土音乐是有个性的音乐，只有具有个性，才能产生共性，才能在艺术界立住。创作中要注重两种方法，一是在传统作品中吸收现代技法，二是在现代作品中吸收传统的民族民间的因素。在本土音乐创作中，要根据不同角度因时因地而异，与时俱进，雅俗共赏，形成浙江音乐的标志。认为浙江的人文文化和音乐要素很有特点，南北音乐文化可以相融，要放大胸怀，提升视野，追求高度，广泛吸收北方音乐，加深对本土音乐的研究，创作的音乐作品不仅浙江人能欣赏，外省人和外国人也能欣赏。就本土音乐与音乐教育相结合的问题，专家们表示，这是一个系统工程，浙艺院音乐系做这个课题很有必要，要有系统地去做；对于具有浙江特色的本土音乐作品的呈现形式和技术含量应有设想；要抓住本土音乐特点，善于创新，善于更新创作观念，善于吸收新的东西，让作品接地气；要组织作者研讨艺术作品写作动向；要把优秀教师推出来；群文音乐和艺术学院要在创作上加强合作，在技术层面不断提升，多接触群文界，扩大创作视野。</span></p>
